Telehealth
All services are offered via telehealth. Clients must be in the states of Massachusetts or Connecticut during the visit time.
In-home
Services can be provided in home in the following Central Massachusetts towns: Brookfield, Charlton, Southbridge, Sturbridge, West Brookfield, Warren, Brimfield, Ware, Wales, Holland, and Warren. Services can be provided in the following Northeast Connecticut towns: Stafford Springs, Ellington, Union, Somers, and Enfield.
